I enjoy practicing martial arts such as Wing Chun and Sanatan Shastar
Vidiya. These activities allow me to learn about body mechanics,
intuituve self-defense, chakras, yoga, and meditation. Additionally I
love mountain biking and am always seeking new adventures and
opportunities to grow and challenge myself.
